Summer is approaching and a great time to clean out your garage and/or basement, and dispose of your household hazardous waste! Join us Saturday, July 20, 2024 for Household Hazardous Waste Collection Day! Gwinnett residents are allowed to bring up to five “containers” of household hazardous waste for FREE! See below for more information on what all you can fit in a “container,” i.e. laundry basket, copy paper box, or similar sized container. ***CONTAINERS WILL NOT BE RETURNED***
Please Note That Because Of The Hot Temperatures, This Event Is From 8am to 11am
Start gathering your HHW items and bring them to Gwinnett County Fairgrounds, located at 2405 Sugarloaf Pkwy in Lawrenceville. This event is brought to you by the Gwinnett Department of Water Resources and Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful.
Attendees are to enter the main entrance of the Fairgrounds which is located off Sugarloaf Parkway, at the traffic light.

Below is a complete list of what will be accepted. If it is not listed, it will NOT be collected.
