Launched in 1980 by a group of caring community members, Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful has spent the last four decades serving as a catalyst to a hyper-local, Mother Earth-centric movement. As a Keep America Beautiful-affiliated nonprofit, we strive to seek out, empower at large. By doing so, we are creating and sustaining communities that are economically sound, environmentally healthy and socially connected. A community project to spread the word that only rain belongs in storm drains by painting storm drains with the message “No Dumping—Leads to Streams” and educating neighbors!
Green Youth Advisory Council
Gwinnett Clean & Beautiful’s High School Green Youth Advisory Council (Green YAC) is a unique hands-on opportunity for high school students from diverse backgrounds to participate in an environmental and sustainability service-learning and leadership development program.
